Kevin Slawin, M.D. is the Founder and CEO of Ponce Aurora, Inc. that is developing YUUTH™ Full Body Treatment and MitoX™ Rapid Energy and Longevity Beverages, powered by the Company’s MitoXcel™ Technology which represents the first-ever information-based gerotherapeutics, specifically engineered to address the age-related decline in mitochondrial membrane potential (Δψm) observed across all living organisms. By targeting this decline, MitoXcel™ reverses aging-related changes through two distinct mitochondrial-mediated mechanisms of action.

He is also Founder and CEO of Eos SENOLYTIX (https://eossenolytix.com), a longevity company that is developing MitoXcel™ geropeptide technology for FDA-regulated clinical indications. The Company believes MitoXcel™ geropeptides represent the first safe and effective gerotherapeutic acceptable for use in all healthy aging individuals to improve their healthspan and increase their lifespan. Eos SENOLYTIX is developing this technology through an IND-regulated FDA pathway for patients with Sarcopenia and Sarcopenic Obesity.

He is also the Founder and CEO of Perseus SENOLYTIX (https://perseussenolytix.com), an oncology company developing novel MitoXcel™ oncopeptides as a new class of cancer therapeutics.

He was the co-founder of Bellicum Pharmaceuticals, Inc., leading Bellicum to a successful $161 million IPO in December 2014. He is also Founder, Chairman and CEO of PrintBio, Inc. Proven success in developing end-to-end marketing strategies, launching multi-million-dollar product lines, and managing cross-functional teams to exceed KPIs. Expert in brand equity building, omnichannel strategy, and innovation pipeline development.

She also serves as a Board Member and Head of Strategy for INNOCOS, the ultimate platform for the beauty and wellness community.

Lucie Cretieneau

A strategy and marketing executive with over 15 years of international experience translating science-led innovation into market-defining brands. Held R&D and commercial leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and Nestlé.

Lucie Cretieneau is a strategy and marketing executive with over 15 years of international experience translating science-led innovation into market-defining brands and categories. Combining a scientific background with commercial leadership, she has built brands and businesses from the ground up across FMCG and premium healthcare, bridging science, consumer insights, and business acumen to drive sustainable growth.

Her career spans senior roles at Nestlé and Procter & Gamble, where she held both R&D and commercial leadership positions. At Procter & Gamble, she was strategic lead for the launch of the ZzzQuil sleep category across Europe and contributed to restoring growth in the Merck Consumer Health portfolio. At Nestlé, she built a maternal health platform and led the global expansion of NAN pediatric supplements across retail, pharmacy, digital, and healthcare professional channels.

Most recently, she worked with Swiss Medical Network in Switzerland, where she led the development of preventive health programs and a strategic collaboration with Mayo Clinic, further expanding her focus toward premium, prevention-led healthcare models.

She holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Chimie ParisTech.

Kayvon is Founder of Lookout Ridge Capital Advisors, LLC. Previously, he served as a Principal at RNA Capital Advisors, a financial and strategic advisory firm, and as VP, Finance & Strategic Analysis at Hawthorne Effect, Inc, a healthcare technology company focused on decentralizing clinical trials. Previously, Kayvon was a director in the consulting group at Burr Pilger Mayer, Inc., a consulting and accounting firm headquartered in San Francisco. Kayvon was also a director in the valuation and financial advisory services group within the corporate finance and restructuring division of FTI Consulting, Inc. His predecessor company, The Salter Group, LLC, a leading independent financial and strategic advisory firm, was acquired by FTI.

In life sciences, Kayvon has developed dynamic patient-flow and other financial models to facilitate the forecasting and valuation of biopharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostic products, companies, complex securities, and royalty interests for transaction, bankruptcy, tax, and accounting oriented purposes. Kayvon has worked with companies ranging from large, publicly traded entities, to small, venture capital-backed organizations.

Kayvon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance from the University of Southern California. He has been a guest lecturer and presenter at the University of Southern California and the California Institute of Technology, among others.

Daniel Jasinski, Ph.D. is Director of Peptide Analytics at Ponce Aurora. He also serves as the Vice President of Research at Eos SENOLYTIX, Inc. Previously, he held the position of Director of Research at Ponce Therapeutics, Inc. Prior to that, he was Research Scientist at Bellicum Pharmaceuticals, where he worked for 4 years until 2021. Dr. Jasinski earned his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Kentucky’s College of Pharmacy. His past innovative research has been published in several prestigious scientific journals including Blood, Advanced Materials, and Nucleic Acids Research. Passionate about translating scientific discoveries into real-world applications, Dr. Jasinski is committed to advancing the frontiers of Longevity Medicine.

Karen Yarussi-King

A regulatory expert with more than 25 years of experience managing regulatory affairs for some of the cosmetic industry's major brands, including Avon, Burt's Bees and StriVectin.

Karen Yarussi-King is a regulatory expert with more than 25 years of experience managing regulatory affairs for some of the cosmetic industry’s major brands. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree in political science in 1988 from Albertus Magnus College, Ms. Yarussi-King worked for the US Department of Commerce and the National Environmental Technology Applications Corporation (NETAC). She joined Schenectady International in 1993, where she navigated chemical regulations in different roles. In 1998, she joined Avon, initially as a regulatory affairs associate, then a senior associate, and eventually as program leader of regulatory affairs. She went on to serve in regulatory management roles for Honeywell, Limited Brands, Burt’s Bees and StriVectin before starting her own regulatory consultancy in October 2013. Ms. Yarussi-King is also a contributing author for Cosmetics & Toiletries magazine.

Gerta Shema, PhD

With both a Masters Degree in Pharmacology and a PhD degree in Biochemical Engineering, Dr. Shema has over 10 years of international experience across strategy consulting, business development, and scientific research in the longevity ecosystem.

Her work sits at the intersection of science and business, translating complex biomedical innovation into commercially viable strategies, partnerships, and growth opportunities. She has worked across the full lifecycle of biotech products, from preclinical development to commercialization, with exposure to multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, cardiology, gene therapy, and rare diseases, and has led market access strategy, due diligence, competitive intelligence, and engagement with key opinion leaders.

She has operated in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. As CEO and Founder of Smart Kids University, she led strategy, operations, and partnerships with full P&L responsibility, building scalable growth initiatives. Previously, she served as Director of Partnerships within the longevity and biotech ecosystem, working closely with scientists, investors, and institutions to develop strategic collaborations.
